FINALIST: Most Creative Use of Social Media in Marketing Magazine's 2020 Markies Awards

THE BRIEF: To help CapitaLand launch a new shopper discovery platform, The FAB Intern, leveraging on social media content marketing to reignite affinity towards physical shopping malls.

Driven at the group level, it seeks to translate incidental mall purchases into intentional visits, anchored by fashion and beauty as a category, appealing to gen Zs and millennials. The GERMS team pitched the winning idea and was tasked to manage the blog, social media, and a social activation for the launch.
